Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made through Radhika Jewelers USA ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled by the customer once they have been confirmed and processed. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion due to inventory issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are required

  • Returns must be authorized by our customer support team

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–30 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges
